Commercial Banking Relationship Director

About the Role:
The Commercial Banking Relationship Manager, Director is a key professional responsible for managing relationships with mid-corp clients, providing strategic banking product sales and credit/financial risk management expertise. This role requires excellent communication skills to negotiate internally with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with mid-corp clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
- Provide credit and financial risk management expertise to ensure the bank's risk appetite is met while delivering value to clients.
- Negotiate with senior stakeholders to secure business wins and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in banking product sales, credit/financial risk management, and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with senior stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex financial data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
