The Client Service Liaison will report directly to the Operations Manager.
Job Summary:As a Client Service Liaison, you will play a critical role in supporting Investment Advisors in the development and management of their client relationships.
- Work closely with Investment Advisors to develop and manage client relationships, both existing and prospective clients.
- Support Advisors in performing administrative and operational tasks involved in the management of clients' investment portfolios.
- Support account opening and transactions as directed by the advisors.
- Carry out instructions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers for all investment accounts and ensure thorough follow-up.
- Support Investment Advisors in providing superior customer service and be available to answer client questions.
- Support the scheduling of client meetings, both responsive and proactive.
- Support Investment Advisors in their Sales & Marketing Plans and Business Development efforts.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the financial services industry, preferably with wealth experience.
- Thorough understanding of financial products and services.
- Mutual Funds License would be an asset or ability to obtain.
- Solid problem-solving skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms.
