Job Title: Client Service Liaison, Community Outreach Specialist

The Client Service Liaison will report directly to the Operations Manager.

Job Summary:

As a Client Service Liaison, you will play a critical role in supporting Investment Advisors in the development and management of their client relationships.

  • Work closely with Investment Advisors to develop and manage client relationships, both existing and prospective clients.
  • Support Advisors in performing administrative and operational tasks involved in the management of clients' investment portfolios.
  • Support account opening and transactions as directed by the advisors.
  • Carry out instructions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers for all investment accounts and ensure thorough follow-up.
  • Support Investment Advisors in providing superior customer service and be available to answer client questions.
  • Support the scheduling of client meetings, both responsive and proactive.
  • Support Investment Advisors in their Sales & Marketing Plans and Business Development efforts.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the financial services industry, preferably with wealth experience.
  • Thorough understanding of financial products and services.
  • Mutual Funds License would be an asset or ability to obtain.
  • Solid problem-solving skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms.
