About the Job:
  • We are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and experience in manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of MS Excel, Simply Accounting, and other relevant software.
Responsibilities:
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Post journal entries.
  • Prepare tax returns.
  • Prepare trial balance of books.
Requirements:
  • Educated to College/CEGEP level.
  • 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
  • A competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Parking available on site.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
