Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist with financial record-keeping, payroll preparation, and other accounting tasks.
Responsibilities- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Prepare tax returns
- Prepare trial balance of books
- Reconcile accounts
- Computer and technology knowledge
- MS Excel
- MS Outlook
- MS PowerPoint
- MS Windows
- MS Word
- MS Office
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently, with attention to detail, and in a fast-paced environment.
