Technical Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team at Tdot Coders. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our users.
About the RoleThis position is responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software applications, and network connectivity. You will work closely with our users to identify and resolve issues, provide training and guidance as needed, and maintain accurate records of problems and solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues using various tools and resources.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve user issues.
- Provide training and guidance to users on how to use software applications and hardware devices.
- Maintain accurate records of problems and solutions.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of technical support experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
