Position Overview

The Service Desk Analyst role supports the IT Service Desk for the CAA Club Group. Key responsibilities include providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
  • Responsible for documenting and maintaining Service Desk procedures
  • Assist in resolving technical issues and escalating as necessary
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective IT service delivery

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education or diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Minimum two years' experience in a customer service-oriented IT environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
