About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Cellular Point. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong knowledge of computer systems and networks. You will also need to be able to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems and networks
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological developments and advancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and operating systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks
