Technical Support Professional

Mackenzie Health is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Professional to join our Service Delivery team as a System Support Specialist. This temporary full-time position (approximately 14 months) offers the opportunity to deliver onsite IT hardware and software support to end-users, ensuring prompt and professional responses to incidents and service requests.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills to ensure an outstanding user experience for all MH users across various locations.
- Demonstrate problem-solving capabilities and expertise in end-user computing equipment and applications.
- Work collaboratively with the Service Delivery team to achieve excellent service delivery and quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive working experience in deskside support role, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- A+ and ITIL V4 certifications.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting issues related to Windows 10, Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.
- Hands-on experience with PC reimaging tools, local and network printers setup and troubleshooting in a corporate environment, and setting up and troubleshooting Android and iOS devices.
- Experience with virtual and cloud computing environment based on Citrix, VMware, and Azure.
- Entry-level Azure and/or VMware certification.
- Experience with project coordination and documentation.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
This is a strictly onsite position with no possibility for remote work. The individual will need to be available to work any shift between 6 AM and 8 PM on weekdays, weekends, and holidays at either the Richmond Hill or Vaughan location.
