Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Thangarajah Veterinary Professional Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and maintain accurate records.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Communication: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Office and electronic mail to perform administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
