Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Thangarajah Veterinary Professional Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Office Administration
- Establish and maintain office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer and direct telephone calls and messages
- Data Management
- Compile and maintain accurate records and statistics
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Communication
- Provide excellent customer service and greet visitors
- Type and proofread correspondence and documents
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in MS Office and electronic mail
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and must be able to communicate effectively in English.
