Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Host to join our team at AccorHotel. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience.



Key Responsibilities

  • To maintain a high level of knowledge of the menu, beverage lists, and special promotions to ensure that you can make informed recommendations to our guests.
  • To ensure that the host stand is always clean and organized, providing a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • To effectively manage reservations, seating, and guest flow to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience.
  • To communicate effectively with the servers and other team members to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service.
  • To actively participate in health and safety procedures to prevent workplace accidents and injuries.
  • To maintain a high level of teamwork and good work ethics with all guests and team members, providing assistance when needed.
  • To complete all duties assigned to you before leaving for the day, ensuring that you have met our high standards.


Qualifications

  • Previous work experience in a restaurant or food and beverage setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to work as part of a team.
  • Multi-tasking skills to manage high volumes of guest requests and maintain a high level of service.
  • Excellent computer skills to effectively manage reservations and other tasks.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.


Requirements

We require the successful candidate to be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. We also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
