Responsibilities
- Ensure the achievement of store objectives;
- Manage store operations and activities;
- Implement company standards, procedures, and programs;
- Provide quality customer service meeting company standards;
- Train new employees and support their professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience managing a team;
- Significant results in achieving objectives and controlling operating costs;
- Effective communication skills;
- Leadership and ability to motivate and mobilize a sales team;
- Organizational skills, priority management, and ability to manage pressure;
- Bilingualism (English, French), an asset.
