Global Entertainment Partnership Development Manager

About The Role:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Fever's biggest partners across various verticals, ensuring long-term collaborations and consistent performance growth.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of each partner project, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance) for seamless execution and timely tracking.
- Build strategic partnerships by understanding partners' unique needs and objectives, acting as a trusted advisor, and leveraging Fever's expertise to help them achieve their goals.
- Drive partner performance by establishing KPIs, implementing data-driven strategies for continuous growth, and monitoring performance metrics through regular updates and insights.
- Foster a collaborative environment as a team manager, providing leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, conducting training sessions, and supporting their professional growth.
About You:
- At least 6 years of experience in project management or management consulting.
- Fluent English speaker; fluency in other languages is an asset.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of building positive working relationships.
- Able to think strategically when faced with key challenges in partnerships and leveraging proprietary data.
- MBA highly valued.
