We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to drive global growth opportunities and own some of our largest partnerships. This role will be responsible for managing partners directly and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams at Lightspeed to determine priorities for our largest partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for key strategic partners who work with Lightspeed across multiple products and regions, driving alignment on priorities and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Own key partner categories with high overlap across Lightspeed's product verticals, such as accounting, loyalty, and delivery, and leverage connections to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Work with internal and external commercial and legal teams on negotiations and agreements with partners, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact on the business.
  • Schedule regular touch points with key partners, ensuring they understand Lightspeed's priorities and can articulate how they can contribute to our success.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years working in partnerships in the point of sale, payments, or eCommerce space, with a proven track record of delivering results and driving strategy.
  • Experience working across legal, product, and commercial teams, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigating complex relationships and negotiations with ease.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability, while also collaborating cross-functionally with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Unquestionable ethics, integrity, and business judgment, with a commitment to driving inclusive and diverse team cultures.
