Business Development Lead, Entertainment Sector

A Senior Account Manager position is available in our Creative Industries team at Banque Nationale du Canada.
Job DescriptionThis role involves acting as an expert to support companies in the entertainment sector with all their needs, including financing projects. The ideal candidate will have a positive impact on our organization by leveraging their entrepreneurial spirit, motivation, and experience to help assigned customers grow and prosper.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop business opportunities in the Creative Industry market, increase commercial customer base, and establish business development strategies.
- Help customers achieve their business objectives by proposing financial strategies based on the most appropriate combination of Bank products and services.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of customer agreements, ensuring they meet risk management standards and profitability criteria.
- Keep abreast of economic trends in the entertainment industry and ensure products and services offered meet evolving customer needs.
- Actively participate in various networking activities.
- Identify risks inherent to the sector's activities.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and ten years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in a related field and seven years of relevant experience. Additionally, the following skills and qualifications are required:
- Experience in sales and business development.
- Experience in financial statement analysis.
- Network of professional contacts in the entertainment industry.
- Good knowledge of the entertainment industry.
