Project Collaboration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Collaboration Specialist to join our team at Ubisoft Entertainment. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting Zone 1 projects and overseeing long-term relations with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities- Propose the most suitable partners for each production team based on their specific needs and requirements;
- Support production teams in setting up their partner management structure and provide guidance as needed;
- Maintain accurate project records and evaluate collaboration performance using KPIs and tools;
- Foster strong relationships with production teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination;
- Collaborate with the Brands and Recruitment teams to identify evolving needs and opportunities;
- Develop and implement processes to enhance collaboration efficiency and effectiveness;
- Provide regular updates on project progress and mandate visibility within Zone 1 studios;
- Source new partnership opportunities and respond to solicitations;

Requirements- A minimum of 7 years' experience in production or project management, preferably in the video game industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations;
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools;
- A passion for building strong relationships and networks;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail;
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
