Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

As a Game Development Project Manager at Ubisoft, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our projects. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the co-development and outsourcing mandates for Zone 1 projects, collaborating closely with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Propose strategic partnerships that align with the specific needs and goals of each production team;
  • Support and guide production teams in establishing effective partner management structures;
  • Monitor project progress, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and tools to evaluate collaboration health and gather feedback from stakeholders;
  • Evaluate evolving project requirements, working closely with Brands and Recruitment teams to ensure long-term success;
  • Provide training and support to production teams on co-development and outsourcing best practices;
  • Foster continuous improvement by adapting processes in conjunction with service teams and addressing any difficulties that may arise;
  • Maintain visibility into Zone 1 studio activities by maintaining regular communication with Zone 1 MDs and service teams;
  • Nurture a strong network of internal partners and identify new external partnership opportunities;
  • Respond to solicitations and manage partnership inquiries.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Approximately 7 years of experience in production or project management within the video game industry (or equivalent background);
  • Exceptional flexibility to navigate diverse situations and interdependencies;
  • A solid understanding of various project management methodologies;
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
  • An innovative spirit with a focus on collaborative problem-solving;
  • A people-oriented approach, prioritizing results while acknowledging the dedication and expertise of team members.
