Job Summary

The Branch Manager is responsible for leading the management and direction of the branch to ensure positive revenue generation, providing the highest standard of customer service and continued excellence in productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in outside sales and 3 years of managerial experience in the construction or equipment rental industry.
  • Ability to travel when required.
  • Valid class 5 driver's license.
Benefits
  • Base salary range $105-125K plus quarterly profit share.
  • Company truck with gas card and expense card.
