Job Summary

The Branch Manager at Herc Rentals is responsible for leading the management and direction of the branch to ensure positive revenue generation, providing the highest standard of customer service, and continued excellence in productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and branch revenue.
  • Manage operational reviews and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Manage employee relations, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in outside sales and 3 years of managerial experience in the construction or equipment rental industry.
  • Ability to travel when required.
  • Valid class 5 driver's license.
Compensation
  • Base salary range $105-125K plus quarterly profit share.
  • Company truck with gas card and expense card.
