Job Title: Apprentice Branch Manager

Herc Rentals is a leading equipment rental company with a strong presence in North America. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to fill the role of Apprentice Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management and direction of the branch to ensure positive revenue generation and high standards of customer service.
  • Supervise and manage a team of employees, overseeing financial reporting, hiring, and training.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow branch revenue and improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid class 5 driver's license.
