Job Title: Account Representative

At National Bank, we're seeking a skilled Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Specialized Groupe sector, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Your Role:
  • Manage commercial files and provide expert assistance to clients with various transactions
  • Conduct thorough analyses to ensure the accuracy of transactions and identify opportunities for growth
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with partners involved in files, including account managers, treasury managers, and legal advisors
  • Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs and drive business results
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and proactive support
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve administrative processes and tools
Your Team:

You'll be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, agility, and empowerment. As an Account Representative, you'll report to the Manager Sales Support, Spécialized Groupe, and have the opportunity to develop your skills through training, hands-on learning, and discussions with experts in your group.

Requirements:
  • Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of banking services and products for businesses
  • Knowledge of LIS, PH, and ICOP applications, a plus
  • Good sense of initiative and good level of autonomy
Language:

English, French

Reason for language requirement: You will need to serve clients who speak a language other than French regularly.
