About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Representative to join our team at National Bank. As an Account Representative, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Open and manage commercial files, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including account managers, treasury managers, and legal advisors
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction
  • Work closely with the team to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements
  • Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong understanding of banking services and products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of LIS, PH, and ICOP applications, an asset
