About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Coordinator to join our team at Scanway Catering Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory, as well as analyzing operating costs and other data to optimize our culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
  • Analyze operating costs and other data to inform culinary operations decisions
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets
  • Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation
  • Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets, and specialty functions to understand their culinary needs
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities to meet quality standards
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality
Culinary Expertise

Work Environment
