About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at Silver Hotel Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships with our existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and revenue growth targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and revenue management teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure sales and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or revenue management in the hospitality industry.
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or Business.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Class G Driver's License and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
