About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Revenue Manager to join our team at Silver Hotel Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing sales opportunities across our hotel portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with hotel teams to deliver exceptional guest service and drive sales results.
  • Business Planning: Participate in annual business planning and strategy development to drive revenue growth and improve market position.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-3 years of hospitality experience or comparable sales experience, with a focus on multi-selling.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or Business, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and sales principles.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems.
