Position Overview: Multi-Seller Sales Manager
The Silver Hotel Group is seeking a Multi-Seller Sales Manager to oversee the development and maintenance of robust relationships with current, past, and prospective guests, while optimizing revenue across our diverse hotel portfolio. This role involves close collaboration with hotel teams to ensure outstanding guest service and achieve strong financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing guest accounts to identify current and future business opportunities.
- Explore and pursue new business prospects within the market.
- Confirm and manage sales to meet assigned market segment revenue targets.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and direct new leads to appropriate team members.
- Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability.
- Assist in the creation and execution of promotional initiatives to boost sales volume.
- Participate in networking events and conduct sales outreach.
- Lead hotel tours to showcase our offerings and services.
- Serve as the primary contact for newly secured business and in-house bookings.
- Prepare and deliver client proposals and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and terms for accounts and events.
- Organize client appreciation events and manage client relationships.
- Achieve revenue objectives with a focus on growth.
- Contribute to annual business planning and strategy development.
- Collaborate closely with General Managers and the Area Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Submit weekly sales action plans outlining activities and outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and marketing programs.
- Work in tandem with Sales, Catering, Front Office, and Revenue Management teams.
- Address and resolve guest concerns effectively.
- Foster a seamless experience for guests by liaising with supporting departments.
- Attend necessary meetings and training sessions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Area Director of Sales & Marketing.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in hospitality or relevant sales roles, preferably in a multi-property environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Educational background in Hospitality Management or Business is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Hotel Property Management Systems.
- Highly organized with effective time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Valid Class G Driver's license.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
