Our Current Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Portfolio Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative department, you will be responsible for assisting the Team Lead with various tasks related to property management, including legal processes, data entry, and communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Legal Process Support: Assist the Team Lead in preparing and filing necessary documents, such as L1 applications, N5 notices, and N8 notices, in compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act.
  • Data Management: Update internal spreadsheets and provide monthly reporting to the Executive Team on past collection files and other relevant data.
  • Communication: Monitor designated emails and respond promptly to inquiries from residents, third-party collection companies, and other stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of City Orders, resident profiles, and other essential information.
  • Other Tasks: Perform additional duties as required to support the needs of the department and contribute to the success of our organization.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with various stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Collaboration and Customer Service: A strong ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and provide excellent customer service to residents and other stakeholders.
  • Organization and Problem-Solving: Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills are necessary to manage competing priorities and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required. Knowledge of Yardi Software is an asset.

Benefits and Opportunities

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
