  • Project Management Institute, PMP Certification, or equivalent is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Customer service focus and results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Experience in manufacturing, particularly in the cosmetics/personal care industry, is an asset.
