Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Administrator to join our team at Westland Insurance. As an Insurance Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Personal Lines Advisors and ensuring the smooth operation of our insurance services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our Personal Lines Advisors, including organizing and responding to queries from various departments.
- Work with Advisors to review renewals for missing coverage and/or discounts and daily reports to flag actions as needed.
- Prepare required insurance packages for clients.
- Provide ongoing administrative support to the department.
Requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and requests.
- High school diploma.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, including Teams and Sharepoint.
