Insurance Operations Coordinator

Westland Insurance Group Ltd is seeking an Insurance Operations Coordinator to support our Halifax, NS branch. As an Insurance Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations and maintain a collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and respond to queries from various departments
  • Work with Advisors to review renewals for missing coverage and/or discounts and daily reports to flag actions as needed
  • Prepare required insurance packages for clients
  • Provide ongoing administrative support to the department

Requirements:

  • Strong communicator and team player
  • Creative problem-solver with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and requests
  • High school diploma
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, including Teams and Sharepoint
