Insurance Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Administrator to join our team in Halifax, NS. As an Insurance Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Personal Lines Advisors and ensuring the smooth operation of our department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the department, including organizing and responding to queries from various departments.
  • Work with Advisors to review renewals for missing coverage and/or discounts and daily reports to flag actions as needed.
  • Prepare required insurance packages for clients.
  • Provide ongoing administrative support to the department.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, including Teams and Sharepoint.
  • Strong communication and technical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and requests.
