Insurance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Administrator to join our team in Halifax, NS. As an Insurance Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Personal Lines Advisors and ensuring the smooth operation of our insurance services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the insurance team, including organizing and responding to queries from various departments.
- Work with Advisors to review renewals for missing coverage and/or discounts and daily reports to flag actions as needed.
- Prepare required insurance packages for clients.
- Provide ongoing administrative support to the department.
- High school diploma.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, including Teams and Sharepoint.
- Strong communication and technical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and requests.
