About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Partnerships to drive strategic initiatives and cultivate relationships with key partners in our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate, grow, and sustain relationships with key strategic participants, including brand partners, to establish impactful partnerships
  • Lead the development, execution, and refinement of comprehensive multi-channel partner strategies aimed at increasing vendor coop profitability and enhancing the overall customer experience while growing market share
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with core brand partners, working collaboratively to align strategies and goals for mutual success
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth through innovative partnerships, unlocking new high-margin revenue streams and creating value for Holt Renfrew and its partners
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of post-university work experience, including a minimum of 5+ years in a business development, client management or sales role
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills with the ability to get things done
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a competitive total compensation package, including health & dental benefits, tuition assistance, and continuous learning and development.
