Job Summary

The Business Development Manager plays a key role in driving growth and expansion of key account relationships on a national level. This involves establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships, defining long-term goals, and building key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify business opportunities and negotiate deals.
  • Prospect for new strategic accounts and partnerships, increasing business-generating revenue.
  • Develop and maintain market knowledge, understanding customer decision-making structures.
  • Present brand and product offerings, selling solutions based on customer needs.
  • Support the acquisition and development of strategic partnerships and associations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales or marketing experience.
  • Strong account management experience.
  • Working knowledge of commercial agreements.
  • Demonstrated skills in strategically retaining and growing key accounts.
  • Relationship building skills.
  • Superior presentation skills and strong business acumen.
