We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the Partridge Smith Law Firm.

Job Description:Responsibilities:- Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Open and distribute mail and other materials, maintaining a well-organized workspace.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and efficient meetings.
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, providing excellent customer service.
- Answer electronic enquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information, analyzing and presenting findings effectively.
- Oversee the preparation of reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, guaranteeing professionalism and quality.
- Conduct research, gathering and analyzing information to support business decisions.
- Perform data entry, accurately and efficiently entering information into relevant systems.
- Provide customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Maintain and manage digital databases, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, tracking expenses and managing finances effectively.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, building strong relationships and loyalty.
- Label, file, and retrieve documents, maintaining a well-organized and efficient workflow.
- Invoice clients, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
- Arrange for billing for services, streamlining financial processes.
- Process files and paperwork, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, guaranteeing accuracy and quality.
- Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
