About the Role

Cann-Amm Exports Inc is seeking an experienced Operations Vice-President to lead our strategic initiatives and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to achieve our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support business objectives and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
  • Leadership and Development: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure a strong leadership pipeline and drive business excellence.
  • Communication and Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations, official functions, and other external engagements, ensuring effective communication and representation of our interests.
  • Performance Management: Establish performance metrics, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
