Operations Vice-President: Strategic Leadership and Resource Allocation

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice-President to join our team at Swiftwood Forest Products. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and efficiency across our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support business objectives.
- Departmental Management: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
- Leadership Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, team player, fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and large workload.
