About the RoleThis permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work 30-40 hours per week and have the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordination and Organization: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Office Management: Direct and control daily operations, including opening and distributing mail, managing office supplies, and maintaining inventory.
- Scheduling and Customer Service: Schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and messages, and provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff.
- Documentation and Filing: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Experience in a healthcare setting is an asset.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Personal Suitability: Strong multitasking skills, sound judgment, and excellent organizational abilities.
