Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Watson Enterprises Inc.

About the Role
  • This is a permanent position with an estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers to inform marketing strategies.
  • Research and develop effective marketing campaigns for industrial and commercial products, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Prepare reports, research papers, and educational texts to share insights and best practices with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials to promote our brand and services.
  • Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions to engage with customers and build brand awareness.
  • Gather, research, and prepare communications material to support sales teams and other departments.
  • Initiate and maintain contact with the media to secure press coverage and promote our brand.
  • Conduct social or economic surveys on local, regional, or international areas to assess development of potential and future trends.
  • Design market research questionnaires to gather insights from customers and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to showcase your skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
