About Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing and Brand Strategy Lead to join our team at Goldbeck Recruiting. This individual will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and elevate our online marketing initiatives.

Job Summary:
  • Develop an online marketing strategy to drive website traffic and user engagement, leveraging expertise in SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, online advertising, and website optimization.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, collaborative partnerships, sponsored content, website, and blog, while managing paid media campaigns and execution with internal and external partners.
  • Design content for various digital and print projects, including campaign creative, showroom POP, marketing pamphlets, and signage, ensuring consistency across all online touchpoints.
  • Manage the website catalogue and promotions pages, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of website content, as well as monitor Google Business account and social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, reviews, and feedback.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive digital marketing recommendations, and manage updates to our website content, Google listings, social media accounts, partner and industry association websites, supplier dealer pages, and other as required.
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive online marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute content calendars, social media plans, and email marketing campaigns.
  3. Manage and maintain client and consumer database for marketing communications, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  4. Procure and coordinate marketing display material and "swag" inventory, as well as act as liaison to manage truck/car fleet program (wraps and decals).
  5. Assist in the development of timely internal reports and organizational communication, ensuring alignment with annual marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Experience in working for a construction or building products related company is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and email marketing best practices.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience with Canva being an asset.
  • Excellent attention to detail, well organized, and self-motivated, with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to travel to showroom locations and off-site events when required.
