Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance our online presence, drive traffic, and boost sales
  • Lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration aligned with our business objectives
  • Integrate AI technologies into our digital marketing strategies, leveraging AI-driven insights to optimize SEO, PPC, and SEM efforts for maximum efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify and manage top-tier external resources for SEO and PPC projects, ensuring we collaborate with the best talent and tools available in the market
  • Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality across all campaigns, while effectively managing budgets and resources
  • Create and implement robust SEO strategies, focusing on keyword management, on-page optimization, and backlink acquisition
  • Direct daily optimization of Google Ads and other PPC campaigns to maximize ROI, drive qualified traffic, and enhance overall search visibility
  • Supervise the development of engaging content for our blog, newsletters, and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with SEO and marketing goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • ~5+ years of experience in online marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, PPC, and team management
  • Proven ability to effectively outsource and manage relationships with external vendors and agencies
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering successful marketing initiatives on time and within budget
  • Understanding of AI applications in marketing, with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance strategies and outcomes
  • Expertise in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and digital marketing platforms
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, complemented by strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
