Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our Brand to new heights. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our online presence through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation aligned with our business objectives.
  • Integrate AI technologies into our marketing strategies, utilizing AI-driven insights to optimize SEO, PPC, and SEM efforts.
  • Manage top-tier external resources for SEO and PPC projects, ensuring collaboration with the best talent and tools available in the market.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality across all campaigns, while effectively managing budgets and resources.
  • Create and implement robust SEO strategies, focusing on keyword management, on-page optimization, and backlink acquisition.
  • Direct daily optimization of Google Ads and other PPC campaigns to maximize ROI, drive qualified traffic, and enhance overall search visibility.
  • Supervise the development of engaging content for our blog, newsletters, and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with SEO and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business development initiatives and strengthen our market presence.
  • Help lead the company's adoption of AI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in online marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, PPC, and team management.
  • Proven ability to effectively outsource and manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering successful marketing initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Understanding of AI applications in marketing, with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance strategies and outcomes.
  • Expertise in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and digital marketing platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, complemented by strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in reporting on KPIs.
