About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at EightSix Network. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Project Management department by managing and tracking internal and external contractual document submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track internal and external contractual document submissions, ensuring timely dissemination of customer comments to Engineering and Project Management teams.
  • Proactively examine documents for compliance, resolve discrepancies with stakeholders, and apply required changes.
  • Issue documents via our or the customer's applications during the Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Close Out phases.
  • Provide technical support for our or the customer's document control applications.
  • Assist the Project Team with various documentation to prepare for mediation and negotiations.
  • Update and maintain a project document database, including status of various documents such as drawings, specifications, procedures, NCRs, DCRs, and RFIs.
  • Prepare reports on documentation status.
  • Print, organize, and file documents.
  • Provide administrative support and other related tasks to support the Projects team.

Requirements

  • Candidate must have a CEGEP degree.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (MS Teams an asset).
  • Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written).
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, with ability to work both in a team and independently.
