Job Summary

The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team at EightSix Network. This includes coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, organizing, and controlling of administrative work
  • Participate in meetings and take meeting minutes
  • Prepare schedules and ensure adequate staffing
  • Maintain communication with the management team
  • Perform daily tasks and provide status updates
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members

Requirements

  • Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Administration or related field
  • Two years of relevant experience
  • Excellent knowledge of office software and systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English and Cree; fluency in French is an asset
