KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting the management with administrative and human resources functions
  • Coordinating, organizing, and overseeing various operational tasks
  • Editing, proofreading, and formatting official documents
  • Reviewing various activities such as invoicing, procurement, and compliance
  • Managing data and system access permissions
  • Providing administrative support to the technical team
  • Performing other related duties as required

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • DEC in administration or a related field

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with AMS software (preferred)
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication, independence, discretion, and diplomacy
  • Excellent organizational capabilities
  • Ability to manage stress and meet deadlines
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
  • Experience in the aviation sector (preferred)
  • College diploma in administration or a relevant discipline
