KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting the management with administrative and human resources functions
- Coordinating, organizing, and overseeing various operational tasks
- Editing, proofreading, and formatting official documents
- Reviewing various activities such as invoicing, procurement, and compliance
- Managing data and system access permissions
- Providing administrative support to the technical team
- Performing other related duties as required
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
- DEC in administration or a related field
QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with AMS software (preferred)
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication, independence, discretion, and diplomacy
- Excellent organizational capabilities
- Ability to manage stress and meet deadlines
- Eligibility to work in Canada
- Experience in the aviation sector (preferred)
- College diploma in administration or a relevant discipline
