Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Anytime Maintenance Inc.

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per year and 35-37 hours of work per week in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for senior staff members
  • Respond to telephone calls and electronic enquiries from clients and colleagues
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and order new stock as needed
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents

Requirements
