Clinical Contract Manager Role at Avania

Avania is hiring a Clinical Contract Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing clinical trial agreements and other related contracts with clinical sites, investigators, and stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement global and regional processes and workflows for site contracts and budget negotiations.
  • Develop CCM templates, negotiate guidelines, procedures, and tools.
  • Populate, review, and negotiate study and site-specific contracts and budgets.
  • Support client proposals and RFPs.
  • Participate in client meetings, present reports, and support client relationships.

Requirements:

  • BA or MA in legal, science, economics, or business management.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in clinical or site contract management.
  • Proven site contracting knowledge and strong contract management and budget negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrable project management skills and ability to work independently.
