Clinical Development Manager

Everest Clinical Research Services Inc is a renowned contract research organization (CRO) that provides comprehensive clinical research services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries globally. Established in 2004, our company has evolved from a statistical and data management center of excellence to a full-service CRO with multiple sites across the world.
Salary InformationWe offer an attractive annual salary ranging from $140,000 to $180,000 depending on experience, expertise, and location. Our compensation package includes a performance-based bonus structure, ensuring your hard work and dedication are rewarded.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new client and project opportunities aligned with our value proposition. This involves researching databases, proactively reaching out to potential clients, and collaborating with our proposals team to deliver tailored budgets and proposals that drive new project wins and meet our clients' and company's business needs.
- Source new client and project opportunities in line with Everest's value proposition.
- Research databases to identify new leads and initiate contact with potential clients.
- Work closely with our proposals team to develop targeted budgets and proposals.
- Support the expansion of new services to existing clients through collaboration with our client cluster/account leaders.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and people management skills. You will lead direct and cross-functional teams to optimize performance and contributions. Your ability to interact successfully with personnel at all levels within the organization and with client contacts is essential.
Requirements- A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in business development or sales within the clinical research industry, working for a CRO.
- Successful track record of winning business with sponsor pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
- Demonstrated reputation with a wide customer base of contacts.
- Proven experience in leading direct and cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Exceptional written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes.
