Job Description

As Associate Director, Statistical Programming, you will lead clinical trial programs/projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. You will represent the company in business development initiatives and client relationship management.

You will provide leadership and oversight to project teams, ensuring quality deliverables. Your responsibilities will also include staying up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and good practices, as well as developing and maintaining clinical data and statistical reporting standards.

Additionally, you will coach and mentor direct subordinates, perform performance reviews, and contribute to organizational growth by participating in the interview process for professional applicants.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 14 years of clinical research experience, with a strong background in statistical programming and analysis. A bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a relevant field is required, with a master's degree preferred.

Your expertise should include CDISC standards implementation, electronic regulatory submissions, and data management systems. Experience working with multiple regulatory agencies, such as FDA and PMDA, is highly desirable.
