Nurse Practitioner Opportunity with RT Medical

RT Medical is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse with RT Medical, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Patient Care: As a Registered Nurse with RT Medical, you will be responsible for providing patient care to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct Patient Assessments: You will conduct thorough patient assessments to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer Medications: You will administer medications to patients as prescribed by their healthcare providers.
- Monitor Patient Progress: You will monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communicate with Patients and Families: You will communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure their needs are met and they are informed about their care.
- Education: You must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BScN) or a Bachelor of Nursing degree (BN) from an accredited nursing program.
- Experience: You must have at least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting.
- Certifications: You must be certified in CPR and First Aid and have a valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR certification.
- Skills: You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
